Robert Machado

Bob is a senior member of the HomeRiver Group (HRG) and is President/founder and designated officer of HRG Sacramento, formerly HomePointe Property Management, a Certified Residential Management Company (CRMC®) located in Sacramento, CA. Bob focuses on Acquisitions Development leading efforts to acquire portfolio and platforms across the country for HRG.

Bob grew his company from scratch to 2,500 units in Sacramento and the surrounding communities from three locations, prior to merging with HRG. He also employed a general contractor along with 10 technicians to service the managed properties.

Bob is both a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and Master Property Manager (MPM®). He graduated from UC Berkeley “With Distinction” (1977) and has a degree in Economics. Bob has three grown children and four grandchildren.
